[The feed clicks on as the PCD hits the ground, having fallen out of Saul's belt-pouch. Lying on the ground, it reveals a view of a forested section in the heavily snowed Hanging Gardens. Saul is moving among the trees, snapping off branches that suit him and throwing them into a box to the side. As opposed to some people, he's perfectly well dressed for the weather in a 'coat, scarf and hooded cloak. He isn't about to freeze anything off.]

He thoughtfully hefts a particularly long, sturdy branch.]

Make me a good spear, easier than ice-fishing with a rod... they'll keep well, smoked. I wonder how deep...

[He gives a wry sort of glance skywards, then shakes his head and gets back to collecting firewood, not noticing the recording.]
