Konohagakure does not associate with Uchiha Madara and by extension, anyone involved with him. Be sure you're aware who you're accusing of spilled blood before you look to sow distrust among the civilians.

You are associated with Madara whether you like it or not, domeino. It hardly matters that you did not help him; you did not stop him, and the wise man would take note of that.
